Sparkling wines are served up here, carefully selected by beverage director Ariel Arce. Located below the ever popular Bourgeois Pig the ambience here is a little goth, possibly romantic, and really all about creating a vaguely bespoke environment, for the focus here is on the bubbly stuff. The pours are generous and quality is high.
