Chef Roberto Santibañez, a native of Mexico City, brings top-notch Meixcan cuisine to JetBlue Terminal 5. Having cooked at the Cordon Bleu in Paris as well as in England, his native Mexico, and at Rosa Mexicano, expect some terrific specialities prior to your next flight. Breakfast here consists of a number of innovative egg dishes, from the classic migas to a three-egg omelet. You'll find all the traditional appetizers you crave as well as a number of soups and various styles of tacos. A terrific selection of salads, sandwiches and quesadillas are augmented by some splendid main dishes such as stewed beef with warm tortillas; chicken in green tomatillo sauce; pork with black beans; two kinds of fajitas; and Carne Asada con Camarones, a superb grilled steak and shrimp dish.
