Welcome to la.venue, our exciting new event location, located right inside the famous west side building of « The Terminal Stores » also known as The Waterfront or The Tunnel. Built in 1891, the brick building had railroad access directly from the Hudson River.The original and historic building has gone through major renovations since 1984 to become one of the most avant-garde and trendy spots in the West Chelsea district. Located just a few blocks from the Javits Center and the new Chelsea art galleries, la.venue is the perfect spot for your trade shows, corporate functions, exhibitions, fashion shows, or simply your private receptions and cocktails. la.venue is owned and managed by SODES, a French company, founders of Prêt A Porter Paris, a major Fashion trade exhibition in Paris.

la.venue's 18,000 square feet have been restored to their original architectural splendor to offer a unique and magical setting for all events.
