MOFAD will be hosting its first gala since COVID, bringing together friends from all corners of the culinary landscape to support MOFAD’s new space in DUMBO and our 2025 exhibition exploring the history of street food.

Street food inspires the theme of our gala dinner through a series of toasts sharing the stories of the city’s immigrants, their culinary traditions, and the communities they’ve built.

We will be honoring Niki Russ Federman, Josh Russ Tupper, and Maria and Mark Russ Federman for their roles in preserving NYC culinary heritage at their eponymous store, Russ & Daughters, and restaurants across America as advocates for the Independent Restaurant Coalition (IRC).
