Brasserie Cognac

Broadway

Restaurateurs Vittorio Assaf and Fabio Granato have taken their love for French culture and cuisine to New York City by opening Brasserie Cognac de Monsieur Ballon. Brasserie Cognac's cuisine combines the French classics and Florian Hugo's modern creations. There is an exciting and yet charming setting with a classic French Brasserie style menu. 102 varieties of cognac are available and a terrific wine list including first-growth Bordeaux sold by the glass.
