Miniature chain Davio's brings their first New York outpost to Midtown East that specializes in handmade pasta and authentic pizza, with an intimate space that doesn't particularly seem like you're at one of a half-dozen locations of the same restaurant. The steaks, of course, are tremendous cuts cooked to perfect, and the seafood is about as fresh as it gets without being a shark.
