The owners of French bistro Papillon bring the Victorian Era back to the Flatiron District with the acutely quaint Lillie's. Named after a British actress who expatriated to, of all places, California and died before the Great Depression kicked off, Lillie's actual bar is an exile of sorts, having been taken from a pub in Belfast, Ireland. The bar is hard to say unkind things about, though, because between the twenty beers on tap and the traditional English pub food, the establishment is a... ahem, smashing success.
