A popular West Village omakase sushi parlour opened by 3 Masa vets with the goal to sell high quality fish at an affordable price. The specialty is temaki, sushi hand rolls. Each square of seaweed is bent into a U shape and arrive slotted in wooden holders. Most of the 39 seats are for walk-ins so be sure to arrive early, doors open at 5:30pm.
