Brian Karp (chef/owner) and Chris Evans (director/owner) are two neighborhood guys who always had a passion for comfort food. After several years of toiling in the corporate world—and several late-night brainstorming sessions over too much coffee and beer—they decided to return to their restaurant roots. Press 195 was born.
