The Skylark

200 West 39th Street

David Rabin, the man behind other sky-high properties such as Jimmy, brings The Skylark—not to be confused with terrestrial Brooklyn favorite Skylark—to the 30th floor of a Midtown building. With hours that stretch to a very tame midnight and no weekend hours whatsoever, this cocktail lounge is clearly for the well-heeled workers of Midtown, with a menu of small plates like lamb meatballs and beef sliders that share price points with most restaurant's large plates.
