This philosophy, and his skill at creating a vast range of looks, has been well utilized in many high profile places. Dov’s work has been featured in Vogue, Italian Vogue, Self, Elle, Town & Country to name a few, and he has been favored by top designers such as Thierry Mugler, who used Dov in the ad campaign for Angel perfume.

In fashion, you have seen his runway work at the shows, both in the US and abroad, of such luminaries as Thierry Mugler, Karl Lagerfeld, Fendi, Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana, Versace, Tommy Hilfiger and Michael Kors.

Dov has worked with high profile clients and celebrities in the entertainment, media and fashion worlds. His television credits include work on VH1/Vogue Fashion Awards, VH! Music Awards and Style segments, ABC and NBC programming.

While his style skills were honed in top NYC salons, Dov can now be found at his own place, DOV salon. This intimate space, designed by Peter Marino, reflects Dov’s personal beauty dogma: “Work with the individual, rather than the fad of the moment. If you do this, you will be able to progress together with that client through every stage of their life.” To keep it fresh, Dov continues to participate in platform performances at beauty exposés that allow him to expand upon his technique and creativity.

Ever bolstering his talents, Dov has raised the bar on creating and styling wigs. With the utmost respect given to personal style, and an expert understanding of color, texture, balance and proportion, Dov takes into account each client’s head shape, facial shape, and lifestyle, creating remarkable customized wigs. Dov explains,“My goal is to always create something new for my clients, but at the same time it should feel comfortable and familiar on their face, with their body and in their soul. When I am finished, I want to see that sparkle in my client’s eyes, and that is when I know I have done my best work.”
